Rohu Fish with curd

This a delicious and easy fish curry to make and serve the guest.

Ingredients:
·         Curd- 1 cup
·         Rohu Fish(Ring Cut)-6 pieces
·         Ginger paste- 1 spoon
·         Onions- 2 , 1- paste and 1- cut
·         Salt as per taste
·         Turmeric
·         Red chilli powder- ½ spoon
·         Green chillies - 3
·         Oil

In a bowl, mix curd, onion paste, ginger paste, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Now marinate the fish pieces with the mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in to a pan. Add onion pieces and green chillies. Stir fry for few minutes. Now put the marinated fish pieces in to the pan and add salt. Let it cook in lower flame for 15 minutes. Then flip the sides of the fish pieces and again let it cook for another 15 minutes in lower flame. Make sure that the pieces do not break, so don’t disturb it much, let it just cook. Use a lid for fast cooking. If you see that the thickness of the gravy is more then you can add little water in to the gravy and cook it again for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
